Upgrade to motorized mirrors?

My passenger side mirror gave up the other day on a long washboard dirt road. It won’t stay in adjustment and is all loose. Has anybody come up with a cheap fix for this? I have the manual towing mirrors and I’m thinking to upgrade to the powered mirrors. I’m not sure if my base model ST work truck is prewired for power mirrors. I was wondering if someone with power mirrors could tell me if you can still manually adjust them. That way if I order the powered mirrors from Genos and can’t wire them at least I could still use them. Thanks.

Found these on Amazon. Super cheap. Looks like it comes with the control switch. I don’t see any wires sticking out.

doesn't look like they include the reinforcement brackets. you need them, to hold down the vibration, unless you have them already installed with the other mirrors.

After reading some bad reviews about the mirrors on Amazon I decided to get the ones from Genos garage.

Received and installed my mirrors from Genos. Don’t remember the brand they sent me. I wish I would have taken a picture of the box. Sorry. I love the fit and quality and look forward to no more shaking mirrors. Thanks all for the help.
