Upgraded Rear Sway Bar on '09 4500

The OEM sway bar on my '09 4500 is 9/16" thick and functions marginally with the heavy tow body on my long wheel base truck. I installed a Hellwig that is 1. 5" thick and trcuk now handles super. I highly recommend this upgrade for the C&C trucks. Amazing the difference.

WDawg, Thanks for the report. I would have expected that betterment. My wife and I are considering purchasing a new pickup camper the end of the summer and I think my 07. 5 dually would do better with a rear bar. I plan on adding 2 extra full length rear leafs for the load. There is not an Artic Fox dealer anywhere close to me in NC so I think we will go with a Lance.
