Transfer Case Express opened up a new shop in Federal Way, WA. (Ken Moore toll free 1-866-300-9867. ) Which is were I purchased a new HD. The HD has a larger output shaft and requires a new slip yoke on the driveline. I found that Spicer p/n 3-3-4391xu was the cheapest slip yoke available. It listed for 178. 50 but I got it for $80. 33 used from Drivelines N. W. Though it's outer seal diameter is 5 thousandths smaller than the $400 factory called out one it still works fine.
Other than that, this monster was a simple bolt on item. And Ken's price is very fair on both new and rebuilt...
