Upgrading Comp to Drag Comp?

What's the going rate right now to get my PE Comp upgraded to the drag version?



I've heard everything from $100-$250. Do I just need to call and find out? Also, what's the turn-around time... how long will I be without all my smoke (well, some of it at least)?

I just had mine done about a month ago. It is $200.

How long it takes all depends on which way you ship it.



I sent mine in over night. It was upgraded the same day they received it and I had it back the following day.



I had to pay an extra $20 for them to overnight it back to me but I did not want to be without the box for very long.

Does Edge just want the box? I guess that you just unplug it from the harness inside the cab and send that? Did you have to sign a release?

I didnt have to sign anything. I just sent them the box only. You do have to unplug it from the Map sensor. With the box unplugged the map signal is open so the truck would not run right.

if you send the box back in and then use the truck, make sure you disconnect the power lead and remove the map and data link connection
