2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission upper seatbelt trim ring

My trim piece on the upper seatback that goes around the belt broke. Dealer says discontinued any ideas on where to locate one?

That should be an easy item to find at a junk yard. There are 3 in my area that I can think of off the top of my head and they have a healthy supply of 2nd gen dodges. I would think any 98-02 with the rear opening doors would work, provided the interior matches yours.
