Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) UPS Truck Turbo?

Recently I have noticed the UPS trucks (all of the newer ones) are making a whistle sound at start-up and while at idle. Anyone have a clue what kind of turbo they are running?

Yeah, that sounds right, POWERJOKE motor, upon start-up = whistle.

It is a variable geomitry turbo made for International trucks. Its made by Borg Warner. Its not the same as the Ford gets on them. We call the 6. 0 a VT365, thats what is in the UPS trucks. Its are only V8 engine for the last four years. All Inter. engines are single turbo at this time.
