URGENT:Head Torque Specs

I need the torque specs for all the head bolts on my '97. What's the tightening sequence for the bolts also? Thanks

factory spec is torque plus 90 degrees. I found that taking them in steps like 40, 70, 100, 115-120 ft lb worked well. The pattern is too complicated to write up here. If someone doesn't send it to you, check the service manual or give me a fax number.
