Used Megacab

I am looking to purchase a used truck. I don't have any friends that have a megacab so could anybody help out with some of their own experiences?I am looking for a 6spd,4x4,3500. This would be the weekend truck to pull the horse trailer.

Absolutely love our 06' Mega 6spd. The rear seat is for our daughter and two dogs. The black lab can stretch out on long road trips while towing the Jeep.

You will love them. They are huge in the back and your back passenger will thank you. Let me warn you though that small kid can get lost back there. I have the same setup like you want G56. Get one with a 5. 9.

I absolutely love mine too although when things start to get a little raucous in the back seat, I can't reach my kids with my arm anymore!!! LOL

DITTO what everyone else said, plus... ... When on the road that huge back seat is a great place for luggage and travelling paraphenalia (saddles?). If you need a people hauler, they will

love the extra room. I Last week my wife and I took our four 85ish year old parents out and we all fit with comfort.

When I still had my '03 1500 Quad Cab

and was considering the move to a Cummins rig I thought the Mega was overkill, until I sat in one. Now I have one.

Our Son bought one after owning an 03 QC SB, I think he got caught up in the "bigger is better" thing, says he misses the 03's turning radius. He has no need for the added space in the rear area. If you will use the space then its a must have but to haul it around empty just feels odd.
