I am thinking on using the my old lift pump to transfer fuel from 5 gal containers to the truck. I need the port thread size on the lp? or a banjo fitting from one of you. I don't wan't to buy a new fitting in case the pump is bad. It was left mounted on the truck and not being used for 5 years/100k miles. I still had fuel in it! Do I turn over the vanes to fresh it up?

Contact me if you have a spare fitting. Thanks

I use one of my old ones for this. But I already had some hose barb banjos laying around I used from an 02 filter head. It works great to drain diesel tanks etc in tractors etc etc. Unfortunately it never worked so great draining the tank on my 99 to keep the VP44 happy.

I think the thread is M12x1. 5 straight thread metric. Somebody prolly sells cheap hose barb fittings that go directly to this. Way back when... they were hard to find if at all. I ended up using AN adapters to go to AN hose barb fittings on some filter heads I was adapting for use with 3/8" fuel injection hose.

Contact some of the performance shops like Source Auto. They probably have a bunch laying around. I used my last two on my redneck gas station at work.

If all else you should be able to order from the dealer of Cummins.
