Happy to report I contacted Ram Care on February 27th , had a case number on the 28th . Was contacted by Ram care yesterday March 2 ,and was connected to the dealer that I bought the truck from here locally , they have the track bar in stock , did not need to be ordered . I have an appointment on March 17th to have it replaced. Will report back after it's been replaced . Since the V06 recall, I have had the truck in for other recalls ,and have had the same conversation with them when they seen the open recall on the welding ,and had to tell them do not weld that track bar .

Edit to drag link .

I thought it was the drag link?

While we are on this subject ,I assume they do an alignment after replacing the drag link ? You have mentioned in previous posts on this subject about I believe Thuren specs on alignment does that apply to the SRW 3500's as well, and what were those specs ?

No need for alignment after drag link replacement. Only adjusting the new drag link to straighten the steering wheel. You can measure the new with the old to be close.
