va cpc and cold high idle

Has any one had problems with the va and cold weather high idle? Been looking thru the old threads about va cpc and no one said any thing about the cold high idle. I live in minneasota and I had the cold weather installed this last winter and it worked perfect. But need to know, need more power. need your help thanks Oo. yes does any body know any thing about we posted today thanks:-laf
