VA on-off switch

So... my 1st snow plowing experience with my new VA installed leads me to think I should shut it off for plowing as the dually is squirrelly enough w/o the extra torque. The VA install manual seems pretty straight forward on adding a switch..... any personal experiences from you folks?

I haven't done it but you put a switch in cab or under the hood

per instructions, seems pretty straight forward.

I do not think you have any trouble do it.

Do you know if I need to shutdown while turning on/off?

I wouldn't think it would hurt anything however

I do not know for sure, I would shut down.

Give VA a call and ask them, they would know

for sure.
