How are the factory clutches holding up to the VA or EZ and 275 injectors?

TowPro. . My personal experience with a 2001 HO 6-sp is with the VA or EZ alone the clutch was OK. Same with only the 275 injectors. However, when you combo any of the above, your clutch will start to slip. Any up-grades to this point will require a new manual clutch or auto-matic upgrades.

Do you tow anything? If you do, do you "use the power" or just take it easy?

I have the DDStage1 injectors, VA and the Practical Solutions boost module.

The clutch is holding fine and the EGT's are in check.

I run the 275 injectors and a VA and a prctical solutions boost module on a'99 3500 5 speed with 4. 10's and tow 14,000lbs. No mercy and no clutch clipping. The power is no good if you can't use it.

A friend of mine has a '98. 5 quadcab 3500 5 speed and 3. 55 gears. He has a PE EZ box and 275 hp injectors and no slipping yet.

Towpro, I have the DD1's and EZ(set on latest fueling). No Egt problems and I use the power towing. I don't jump on the power with a heavy load. Not even a thought of slippage yet.
