Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) VA vs EDGE EZ and COMP

Can someone tell me, or point out what the fueling points are between the VA (Early model) and EZ... . The EZ I know has 4 adjustable levels - and the VA doesn't have the adjustable portion. This site http://www.edgeproductsinc.com/dodge_ISB.html discusses the fueling for the comp but is confusing - can someone explain this better... ... .

The EZ has three fuel level adjustments, not four.
