no brakes must be vaccum pump! no, ordered pump kit removed driver side battery,and box , while removing pump hosethe plastic tee in line to booster and heater/4wd/ect. hose the bottom side (out of view)of tee was rotted away, what a leak. the battery acid had leaked onto cruse control plastic tubes and rotted them away 8mo. previously. well i guess the pump was sucking the acid toward the tee on brake booster hose and rotting the bottom side of it. I cleaned the booster hose put a brass tee in,and reconnected the hoses now 4x4 shifts in,heater vents work,and i have brakes!!! I need to know what i could use to run thru the pump to neutralize the acid and where dose the discharge of the pump go, or do i still have to pull and rebuild the pump???? dose it go into the crank case?? I trashed the cruse control,my friends killed him when he fell asleep. #@$%!
