2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission vacum check valve/ extended warranty

I am looking for a copy of a letter Dodge sent to owners of 95-96 Cummins Rams that needed a check valve added to prevent oil from going in the vacum system. .

The letter stated that the warranty on all vacum related systems were covered under a new extened warranty,,to 7 or 10 years if i remember correctly. .

I lost mine,,and when i call customer service,,of course they say they dont have that info on record,,,,typical Dodge,,anything not to have to warranty anything,,,

After all,,running out of brakes is nothing to be concerned about. .

Kinda like that throttle cable that was never a problem according to them. .

Hope someone kept a copy of that letter .

It is recall #720. Warranty bulletin D-97-10. If chrysler customer center (800-853-1403) can't help call NHTSA at 800-424-9393. The warranty is 7 years.

It would go a long way to shut up this pencil pusher at Customer service.
