Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) vacumn pump seals

Vacumn pump is leaking. Went to NAPA no luck. Went to DC . Are they out of their minds. $91. 00 Some one on TDR said about $7. 00. Where? I am located in No. Ca. . Help!!! 94 reg. cab , auto, gauges,minor mods,309,000 runs great. 3500 dually
