I pulled the 5. 9 out of a 91 w350 and am not sure how the 3/8 dia. hoses coming from the vacuum pump to the brake booster were routed. Can someone enlighten me . Thanks for any info. 67 m715 cummins .

The vacuum line should run from the vacuum pump, up to the brake booster, and have a small 1/8in tee that goes off to the firewall, where it will Tee again to go to cruise control, if it has it, and across they firewall to above the AC evaporator where it goes into the cab. There is a check valve in the vacuum booster, to keep vacuum in the booster, cheap at most auto stores, and check valve should have an 1/8 port to go to the firewall.

Thanks, I think the vac pump has 2 nipples and I was wondering if those 2 were connected with a hose tee and then up to the booster.

Ok, you have an early 91 then. Yes, they tee at the pump and then go to the booster and cruise/dash. It really doesn't matter as long as you can keep good vacuum at the brake booster, which is why later models when there first with the 3/8 hose, and then across to the other accessories. My suggestion would be to do that.
