Just wondering if anyone has had problems with this?

When I did the TC swap, I had a hard time with this plug and now my 4x4 will not work. Its like it won't plug in all the way.

It has been to cold to crawl under it lately.

Going to take it to a indoor place and change the oil tommorow so I will address this problem.

Just wanted some imput on your experences.

Thanks

Adam

Adam,

First, make sure it's on there correctly. The plug is made (one corner is different) so that it only fits one way. If you have that right then lube the plug and socket with a little SilGlide from NAPA.

Just had mine out yesterday. It's a square plug, two sides of the plug have a V-groove notched into them. Mine wasn't going in all the way either, then I noticed the second V-groove. Yep it goes in just like its supposed to once I got the plug lined up with the two grooves.

Thanks Guys I got it

I guess the cold weather made the plug harder to get on, put a little petrolium jelly on it and went right on and the 4x4 works.

Thanks

Adam

I struggle with that thing every time I remove it. I have to put in on again here in a few minutes, I'll add a little lube this time. Mine never seems to seat properly either.
