Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) Vacuum Pump

Been reading posts on this item. Mine just went & I will need a new one. Lucas does not make one for my truck anymore. Any other ideas on where to find a vacuum pump other than Dodge? Please Heeeeeeeeellllllllllppppppppppppp :--)



got a quote from Dodge for $2000

Cummings is 4 - 6 weeks out on an order... ... I need my truck up & running. .

I agree with Bloomy. I just replaced vacuum pump seal with kit from Pete and it worked very well. I would advise giving him a call.

Thanks for the reply's guys... ... I'll be calling him tomorrow.



The shaft in the pump is broken, not the seal, but I'm sure he'll have a direction to go in with my problem.

Saw the $350 pump on E-Bay. Is the Vacuum Pump on a 2001 the same as my 1999? I'll jump on that in a second if so.
