Dealer offered 16000 . truck is garaged kept. Has seat covers. Tow small boat. Truck is a big horn model completely stock in mint condition. Dealers offer seams low . Some advise please.

According to Kelley Blue Book, trade-in value is in the mid $20s, depending on options, condition, etc. For comparison, I paid around $29 for my loaded Laramie, with same miles back in '08!!!
Good to know they hold their value.

dealer is looking to put the root to ya... do not sell for that price. . 06 models with 100K are selling for 26K here in texas. . advertise on craigslist. .

I have a friend that may be interested, hes looking for a low mileage cummins, PM me a price and some more info when your ready to sell it, thanks!

$16000 is WAY too low. CR 5. 9's are a very sought after truck. Around here (MN) 05-07 5. 9's are going for 25000-30000 with much higher mileage than what you have.

Dealer is going to list that truck for well over $30K when they go to flip it. Not only is that a low-ball offer, it is downright insulting. I'd run, not walk away from that place.

I sold my 04. 5 (look at sig) to my brother for a very good price of 18K, (he is my brother) after I had the dealer perform some expensive maintenances, with 70K miles on it. His Credit Union gave him a loan of 26K, based on the market value in 2010. BTW, the deal was, he would pay a thousand less than KBB. I guess they were wrong if a bank will loan 26K. He had to pay off his old 03 2500 Hemi 4X4 5spd if the deal would work.

I bought my`07 in my sig, all stock, in August of 2010 w/33k miles on it for $29,500, here in CA. At the time everything I was looking at was listed in the $33k-$38k range with 75K+ miles on them. Crazy! When I found mine I was happy to pay what I paid. Not one regret.

$16K is a joke. Just list that baby on Craigslist and watch it disappear. You'll get far more than that. Or list it here! 2006 is a sought after year. Don't short yourself. You're always going to take a bath when you trade something in.
If it's a short bed, it will go fast. Even if it isn't—these 5. 9L motors are what everyone wants. Everyone I know with a 6. 7 wishes they just found a low mileage 5. 9 instead. The smog junk ruins the potential and is a huge headache.

Good luck!

That's insane. They would be asking $30,000 plus for that truck on a dealer's lot around here. (Assuming a QC, SLT and 27,500 low miles. )
