Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) Valve Adjustment Help?

I did a search but no help, can someone tell me how to adjust my valves on my 98. 5 24 valve? I had a page ear marked but it's gone. with the price of things I need to do it myself. Thanks for your help.

All you need is a feeler gauge, a small mirror and some basic hand toos. Need to remove the front cover puke bottle breather. Use a large socket and turn the belt via the alternator, then using the mirror looking the hole from the removed breather align the engine to TDC. I don't remember which cylinders to do if no-one posts I will look it up tonight. But do three valves and then set it at BDC and repeat the other cylinders.
