I am considering a DTT (towing) Valve Body. My question is... ... . will this take out my TQ quicker and save my transmission or vice versa. I need to start somewhere but don't have enough in my budget for the full meal deal (TC, VB, TC saver) right now. It must be said that I drive like a little ole lady (no offense ladies) most of the time, but I do tow an 8500# 5ver some and now and then I do get on it empty also, but never from a complete stop, just while moving. Any advice would be much appreciated.

I doing the same thing after talking with Bill K. VB only for added insurance for towing and the Comp on lower setting. I planning for 2003 with HO/auto combination in April of next year. But I do not want to lunage the transmission between now and them. I just puchase a thriple axle enclosed car hauler, I know 1 ton is going to be need when i start dragging that puppy around. For now it will be a storage unit for my 42 Packard Limo.

Thank you for the feedback RAD. Your advice is well taken. I now realize that the question I posed was probably unfair. I will be calling Bill K. early Monday morning and seeking his expertise on the subject.

Regards,

Roger
