Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) Valve seals

I'm getting ready to install 60 lb. valve springs. With 230,000 miles on the engine, I'm going to replace the valve seals while I'm in there. My question is what brand seals to buy? The head is staying on, so I will NOT be going with the "top hat" style. Who makes the best seals: Cummins, Viton, Fel-pro, Napa? Any information or advise would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

I used Cummins in mine.

Did you use blue or orange?

I can't remember what color they were. I got them from Cummins with my ESN. Don't remember there being an option.


You won't be able to see them once you get it together, anyway........:-laf
