valve springs compresser

I just got 60hp injectors, headsuds, and valve springs, but i need help locating a valve spring compresser that will work with the head still in the truck.

Is this a 12 valve truck? Napa has one that works great. If it is 24 valve, they already have the 60 lbs springs.
