Valve stem extention, for 05 dually!

Sorry if this has been hammered to death, but looking for some valve extentions to help fill rear tires on 05, dually.

The inside tire, of course is the worst!! Want to keep tires independent of each other. Been looking at truck stops, but have not seen what I need! ALSO, NEED TO, not damage, (where they clip to fake crome simulated wheel covers!!)

I got mine from Geno's they do not clip to simulator, but to wheel. Steel braided, rubber seals in metal caps. They are independent from front wheel.

Someone else on here found the solution but I cant remember his name. I went to Les Scwab Tires and had them change the valve stems to metal big truck stems and put "alligators" on the valve stems. Works great.
