Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) valves pulling keepers through retainers

I have a 4k kit with 60lb springs. All great recent problem where on two intake valves the keepers are pulling through the retainers. So far as that the rocker was hitting the retainer and would not let the valve close. Where should I go for better ones? Are titanium durable enough for a daily driver I don't want them wearing fast?
