varriable vane turbo...who makes a good one?

Does anybody know were to get a varriable vane turbo for an 03' 305hp these damn stock turbos don't spool near as quick as the ones on the fords do!

Banks is the only one I've heard of doing that. It's not on their web site yet, you can try calling them for more info.

Cummins makes a VGT ISB. You could always try to find a wrecked RV or medium duty truck with one, get the ECM, turbo, wiring harness, coolant pipes and turbo control valve.
