Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) VDO Pyro thermocouple fitting

Does anyone know where I can get a 1/8" pipe thermocouple fitting? The one that came with the VDO EGT gauge is 1/4" pipe and I don't really want to drill that big of a hole in the exhaust manifold if I don't have to.

You should be able to get a different fitting.



No worrires using the 1/4" NPT fitting. It won't hurt anything, and it isn't that hard to tap, even on the ATS manifold. It took a little effort on the new manifold, but wasn't to bad.

I am mostly worried about the 1/4" pipe tap not getting many threads in the manifold. The 1/8" is a finer thread and should get more engagement into the manifold, right?
