VE to inline pump swap???

Can the pump be swapped or what would it take to swap the pump. I have an early 160hp engine and am looking to bomb it. If I can't swap it what are the parts to get and how much hp should I see? The engine is going into a 54 White 3000 COE with an allison 545 automatic. Empty weight 8000lbs.

The front gear housings are different from the inline to the rotary style pumps..... word on the street is that it is hard to find a good used gear housing. It's a bolt-on issue if you have the right gear, case, and new injector lines... .
