In anticipation of the arrival of my CTD I e-mailed questions to several vendors, who will remain nameless, regarding accessories and upgrades. Weeks have now passed with nary a reply :{ . I understand people are busy, BUT come on folks extend the courtesy of a simple reply. Many of these companies are actively advertising on this site and others, as well as various magazines. I am not one to buy first and ask questions later  . Is going in with my eyes open that much of an annoyance?

Sorry, had to vent a little...

TFucili I've found email to not be very reliable, being most vendors probably get piles of spam and can't keep up with it. I always just try to call.

If one of these vendors happens to be NW Custom ya got to keep trying by phone, Jason's usually pretty buried.

I won't single anyone out. VaughnMacKenzie I understand your point about spam, but I like the convenience of e-mail. I run a small retail operation and, inevitably, as soon as I get someone on the phone there is something here that will pull me away, and cause frustration on both ends.

I guess I'm just from the "old school" when it comes to courtesy.

TFucili,

If you post what you are looking for, people usually chime in with where they got the best price/service for that item. Give it a try.
