Vent question ???

Ok gang, bear with me on this, I got 22,500 miles on this truck and I notice with the AC/Heater control knob off I have air coming out of my AC vents, I do not think this was happening until yesterday, so tell me if I am losing my mind. I am thinking that when the switch was off nothing came out of the vents but I just cant remember.

That's normal. All the manufacturers do it to keep some fresh air coming into the cab. I've been told by ME friends that work for the big three that it's because of fears of carbon monoxide poisining. Yeah, I know that's not possible with our trucks but the vent system is the same as on the gassers.
