Vented Seats on 2022 Laramie 3500

My vented seats push button control illuminates to show a low/med/high. However on the touch screen display it only shows low and is operating at the low setting. Is this an issue any members have experienced? If so, what was the fix. I want to make sure I am not doing something wrong before I call the dealership.

I am having several issues with things controlled by the touch screen (including the one you mentioned) and shown on the dash. Instant fuel econ is gone off the dash, Trailer tire sensors wont stay synced with the truck, The only camera that seems to be active is the one in the tailgate. Key fob has spotty communication with the truck. You cant just walk up and open the locked truck anymore. You must push the unlock button. Sometimes you have to hit a button on the fob to get it to start the truck because it says it cant detect the fob. I am writing them all down and plant to take it in sometime in Sept. I need it right now. It runs and tows really well but the little things are frustrating
