Attention: TDR Forum Junkies 
Well just thought I would vent my frustrations,, I decided I better get around to order a few spare fuel filters for my pump, come to find out the only one available is the 10 micron filter @$27. Let me start over, I called 3 fleetguard dealers, even called the Fleetguard headquarters, they said I had to buy them through a dealer. Well to get the 3 micron rated filter (HF-6604), I will have to pay $72 each!! on the cheap end, another place wanted $75 each in a 6 case lot. Humm, they were only $30 last Aug. Guess I will be re-installing my stock OEM fuel filter housing and 2 micron OEM filter, then go with a 10 micron filter on the fass. Since the OEM fuel filter spec. is 2 micron, no way in hell will I pump 10 microns of dirt through my fuel system, $1400 for a new vp44 is a pretty good chunk of change to me fella's. Sorry for the venting, just wanted to let you know.
