Competition vibration at idle

I still have a vibration at idle, more smoke than normal and a tick when its cold and i am looking for were to go next. I have checked the valves all good, the injectors have no leaks and the nosels were not cracked. no codes on the truck and the vibration goes away when i idle it up from 750 to 900 or so. 5700 miles on this new engine and it ran great for about 4000. I don't won't to tear the motor back out but i am not gona live with that vibration, it just wasn't there before and what is causing the vibration seems to be what is causing the lack of power and smoke. they all started at the same time it just has me stumped and the two other guys i took it to to look at it. any ideas?
