Vibration At Idle

My 03 2500 4X4 is starting to get a vibration at idle. It has 5k miles. I can feel it in the steering wheel and in the front seat. Is anyone else having this problem or is it normal? If not normal, what is the problem?

Mine did this. Replaced the fuel filter and engine began running smooth again.



To baseline the I put a half empty bottle of water in the holder. If you watch it will look like a small ocean. After you replace the filter look at the water. Mine now is smooth with only a slight riple.
