2003 205hp,48re long long box, 4x4 silver, slt, cummins, auto transmission, 36000

I had a vibration problem. Vibration occurred between 70-80 mph. . I originally took it to the dealer in less than a month after I bought it. I took me a 11/2 years and an attorney to get out of it. They had replaced the main drive line, the front drive line, checked the angle of the drive shaft out the transmission. Nothing worked. After I had retained an attorney and had pretty well won the case, they made a last stab at it. and tried changing the yoke. They never told me if it was the one out of the trans or rear-end. It solved some of the problem but not all or it.

I won my case. They gave me a 2005 truck. It basicly just cost me the price of the attorney. I was not aware of it. When I originally signed the papers I had agreed to binding arbitration instead of the lemon law. It worked out just as well this way.

The vibration, I should have mentioned was between 70 & 80 mph

Mine has a vibration at 41-44 and again (not as noticeable) at about 68... .

Can you share the process you and the attorney used to get DC to work with you on the issue?

I had signed an arbitration agreement that opted them out of the Lemon Law. But I had taken the truck in 5 times to try to correct the problem. That is when I hired an attorney.

The Arbitration Center is in Texas, which is listed in your owners manual. I did not see the paper work that he sent, other than to see the listed dates of service. After I got past that, they transferred the transer to another company.

They transferred my canopy, running boards, etc. from my '03 to the '05
