I have been chasing a vibration on my truck for 2 years now. I have read other forums on this site and tried the solutions that were suggested but none of these have worked. I have replaced every thing in the front end twice, ball joints 3 times, u joints 3 times, brake calipers twice and have had 3 sets of tires. The vibration is intermittent and only seems to happen when a road has a curve and that is when the vibration starts. An alignment was done last month and every thing checked out fine.

The ones on the truck now are Good year wrangler all terran adventure. The front bearings were also replaced. It has viabrated with all 3 sets of tires.

The front driveshaft was off the truck for sometime and the problem did not go away. I have since replaced all u joints including the CV joint and the driveshaft has been rebalanced .

As strange as it sounds, have you changed the u-joints and balanced the rear driveshaft?

What are the specs on the tires you using? Load rating? Weight rating? Brand? Air pressure you are running?

U joints have been replaced 3 times on the rear driveshaft. The tires are load range e 285/75/17. The first set of tires that I had were bf Goodrich all terrain, the second set were cooper htp, and the current set are good year all terran. The problem has been there with all three sets.
