Video from Verizon Phone

I received some video from a friend with a Verizon camera phone, but I can't play it. I've tried Quicktime and Media Player. Does anyone know what I need to view them? I do not have a Verizon phone. Also any digital pictures that are sent I have no problem opening. Thanks!

Realplayer should be able to play it. Is it a . 3g2 file?
