Try this from Fritz for the VIN:

I think you'll need to go to the Vehicle Safety Certification Label for the month, day, hour (MDH) however. It's on the lower left corner.

My '95s have the build date on the door posts with the vin# but separate from it. It is also underneath the the front of the hood.

Since I don't have the repair manual. Could any one tell me what the numbers and codes are in the VIN numbers.

I would like to find out what day they built my truck, etc.
