Voltage Surge

Can someone tell me if this is normal?? When starting engine, summer or winter. you can see the voltage surge from "charge" to discharge for about 5 minutes.

I can hear my Fass Suel system speed change (this was taking place before I had Fass System) as well as lights dim & return to normal.

Using block heater in cold weather makes no difference either.

The truck is a 2007 1/2 Dully with over 400,000 miles and this has been going on since I have owned the truck.

It never has caused me a problem but was just wondering if it is normal.

It's your grid heaters cycling and totally normal.

i believe it happen under 65* and under 15 mph.
totally normal. i wish i could reprogram it not to till about 50*F

oh well
(my air dog and compressor do the same thing. not much you can do about it)
