Saw this at Carlisle today. Note that each group of 3 cylinders has its own turbo, intercooler, and exhaust. Also, note the size of the transmission cooler mounted behind the cab.

Here are some more. The person who did the 6.7 in the old GMC bought a brand new RAM 3500 and used the frame and driveline. Talk about money to burn!

I was thinking someone has a friend at Mack/ Volvo with that race truck. I see a world Allison transmission and twin VGT turbos as found on current MP7/ D11 engines. Just getting the electronics working and tuned would take a factory blessing. Then I read the sign and saw that indeed it was a project from Hagerstown. Nice.
