Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) vp 44 -goes-hurt injectors

i was talking to Ruusty D --a well know engine builder about my vp44 going and he said if it was Bad long enough i might have filings in my injectors???going through the log on my truck i had the 0216 a year ago-almost 30k-did not know until i joined TDR that this is a bad pump-i had a o237 with it and dealer told me i had a bad map sensor-a few months ago-changed map but did not seem to make a diff-i am well prepared this time. . thanks to TDR-



Ps there are no other codes with the 0216-pump all the way!!!!
