Well very expensive parts didn't fix truck, finally bought a computer and now a printer to be able to fix my truck? Now that I can scan the info can someone read these and help, if you wish to be anonymous please private message me. Will try to see if the attachment works? Have more scope readings if you wish? By the way the engine is running a lot rougher since about Aug, Sept 04. All help will be appreciated. :D

Does the image come up?????? :--)

Best way to include pics with your post is to create a folder with your pics over in the "Reader's Rigs" section of this board - but if you want to Email your pic to me, I'll be glad to post it for you:

When you want to send a bitmap or jpeg via email, open the picture or simply highlight the name, next right click to get a list of menu items, go to "send to", next it will provide another list of items click on "mail recipient". You should get a prompt asking if you would like to resize for email, click yes and it will attach it to an email draft in Outlook. Hope this helps.

DSO images

Hi there, I downloaded the image you posted but it's difficult to read. If you could email them to me at -- email address removed -- I would be happy to try and decifer them. Are these typical patterns.

The fuel pump signal is the PCM controlling the fuel pump the ocsillations are a coil turning on and of. The next two signals are the data link signals these are signals that keep all the processors in the system informed about what each is doing. They share infomation with this line. They look normal The 4th wire I can't see real well. The 5th wire which looks to be a camshaft position sensor looks to be a problem the signal is not pulling all the way to ground it should toggle from 5v to ground when it switches. Before you replace the sensor check the grounds. Can't see the rest.
