Can anyone get me the voltage requirments for PIN # 5 (FUEL SHUT OFF) PLEASE and if they could FOR the rest of the pump for I feel that this is part of the 99's problem since NEW NOBODY THAT I HAVE TALKED TO IN THE LAST 2 and a half years has or will admit to having the specs.

None of the documents that I have indicate the voltage on pin 5 of the Fuel Pump Control Module, VP44 fuel shutoff. But it has to be either +5V or battery voltage (+12). The ECM, which controls the FPCM generally, uses 5V logic to the VP44. If you are having a problem try measuring the voltage. If it is not +5V or battery voltage or 0 volts (ground), you have a problem.

5 volt TTL

Used an osillascope about a year ago and I have 1 volt peek to peek so this voltage to me is very suspisious so have been looking since for the specs. Like you I think that it should be nominal 5 V. Thanks :)
