Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) vp 44

HI, We are at a stand still. The four main bolts have been removed from the vp44,along with every thing else. What's the next step in the removal of this defunked pump? Thanks Oo. Oo.

If you havent yet removed the support brace on the bottom of the pump to the block that needs removed and also the drive gear on the front of the VP behind the draft tube bottle on the timing cover, also make sure the keyway is pointed up when you remove so the key doesnt fall down into the cover.

Thanks, we found the nut, but now we need a gear puller. FUN FUN FUN!
