Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) VP44 Intall?

How difficult is a VP44 removal and install? I am thinking about upgrading to the Hot Rod pump, nothing wrong with mine but looking for more ponies! So is this a difficult swap out?

Right in between pic 3 and 4 should be a statement about removing top part of puke box cover with a oil filter wrench to gain access to gear and nut. Be careful putting pump back in and getting keyway right and also be sure and tighten lower bracket bolts to pump BEFORE you get it in there. Piece of cake
