Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) vp44 on various engines....

can anyone tell me if there is any difference in the vp44 for the HO (mine) and standard engine, or auto vs. manual trans? I found a couple on ebay and wanted to be sure I am going to be bidding on the right pump.

From what I understand, there are only 2 different VP-44 injection pumps.



1-HO 6 speed

2-SO 5 speed and auto.



The internals are different, smaller plungers with higher pressure on the HO's and bigger plungers with lower pressure on the SO's.



Others may have more in depth details.
