I was stupid, and while tughtening down the nut on the pump cover, accidentally touched the ratchet to one of the lines. It arced the voltage, and killed the truck, obviously shorting the pump. Is there any way to fix this without sending the pump in? I doubt it, but I figured I'd ask. It had timing issues anyways with it, so I guess this is the impetus I needed to finally get around to sending it in... got no choice now.

I don't think there is any fuse on the pump itself. I was referring to the ones in the cab and under the hood in the distribution center. I would check there before I yanked the pump. I believe fuse #9 or #10 in the cab kills the engine on my model year. There may be others that relate to the fuel system also.
