Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) VP44 repair in Canada ???

i am in Toronto and looking for someone who can re-build a VP44 around my area does anyone know of anyone???

the nearest place to you would be d&w diesel in auburn n. y. near syracuse. however if you want someone in canada gcl diesel in edmonton, alberta orwestern turbo and fuel in winnepeg, manitoba.
